Ensure that items are unopened, in their original packaging, and have at least 3 months remaining on their best-before date for food safety compliance.

Contact our support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Securely

Place the items in a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage to the food packaging during transit, including your RMA slip inside.

Send your package to our fulfillment center using a tracked service; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
